The Runescape Playercount Stinks Whenever They Do Launch

It is not just the weight of an mmo's updates, it is their relevancy and age. The only instance I could think of this openly participates in the face of this life cycle is Team Fortress 2, and that is only as it's heavily community-driven in terms of memes, material, and also the foundation gameplay (which is pretty damn good imo) has not changed a terrible amount for how long it has been alive. It's in almost-stasis to be certain, but it still continues to keep many OSRS Gold players and the Runescape playercount stinks whenever they do launch a brand new (usually community-made/contributed) update.
egit. Everything is overdone. Overpromised and underdelivered. You can tell. RS is a corporate car. Sad to watch my game. The fantastic updates that are only today are those because they're passionate, Jmods do in their spare time. I thought I would be leaving Runescape game since I wouldn't have time as I get older, but I am leaving it since it's been engulfed by business fat cats all wanting to devour its soul for profit. Its identity has been replaced with one attempting to be something.
WoW went from announcing its millions of subs to concealing them in more recent years. Before Classic people would flock to servers of expansions. With all the bugs that were occasional-to-frequent, those versions were liked by people. RS2 had this when OSRS did not exist, things like darkscape such as. Even OSRS has been consumed the very same issues it sought to escape, powercreep weapons such as toxic blowpipe and a gigantic concentrate on pvm that does not actually line up with the typical upgrades of the time. Everything has to be supervisors, more slayer. Skilling has bosses, and quest bosses behave more like contemporary pvm bosses instead of jokes like the giant mole. Than they would like to acknowledge they have become more like RS3.
I have played since 2006. I have seen RSGoldFast game shift a whole lot, but man back then or osrs today is just so much mill I can't do it. That is why I enjoy RS3. I'm home from work, do some things that is daily, prior to spending the rest of night with my wife do a little bit of Skilling. I only came back from a 4 year break. Throughout dxp, I've gotten 3, nearly 4 99s and feel awesome completing them with the small time I must play now that I'm an adult. My goal has been 99 in most skills. I can see that max cape and it'll be a life goal complete from when I was 12!
